Frank Gander, 55-year-old Norwegian, will join the Arena board of directors, formally entering at the time of the Dataharvest conference on May 30-June 2, 2024.
“We are very happy to welcome Frank to the board,” says Brigitte Alfter, director of Arena. “Frank brings very important skills and experiences into the board, both as a journalist, an editor, a leader, and a strategist, and we look forward to his contribution to our development.”
Frank Gander is a trained journalist and has been a senior editor responsible for investigations, editorial, and digital development at Norwegian newspapers and the Norwegian public broadcaster NRK. Most recently, he has been the Project Director for Tinius Trust Foundation, the main shareholder of the Schibsted Media Group.
