Refunds

In order to share a refund request or expense form with Arena for Journalism in Europe, please follow the steps outlined below:

• Collect all receipts you are looking to request a refund for
• Save them separately as PDF and name them as follows [Date, Receipt number, Company on receipt].
  Please ensure each receipt is saved as a separate PDF.
• Fill in the Expense Form – please ensure to name all the receipts accurately and add details if necessary.
  Save this as a PDF as well (landscape format).
• If needed, create an invoice.
  Please make sure to add the correct address for Arena, if doing so. Also add an invoice number and reference number:

• Collect all this material into one folder and compress it as a .zip file
• Share this .zip file with finance@journalismarena.eu
